taric buff

for reals riot taric needs a buff becuase he is like raka and janna but a melee tank who lacks engage and no his stun does not count.....lets see every single other tanks supp has a engage of sorts whether its a dash grab or similar taric does not....and a 1 sec stun doesnt let you do anything. Why not give him movement speed towrds stunned taric.....its sad when you have to rely on your adc and hope to aGod that they are playing luc due to dash and landing stuns are easier but owell.... he literally is the hybrid supp that lacks strong shield or heals and a tank who lacks any real enage at all. true i play taric but i play him like raka and take windskeepers blessing and make him a shiied heal bot
