@RiotRepertoir - Yorick Rework Timeline
Since you're around, answering questions about potential reworks, I'll ask about a champion that's been long neglected and mistreated by Riot: Yorick.
I'm not concerned about his kit at the moment, nor am I worried about his look. I'm worried about whether or not I'm going to turn 40 before this champ, finally, gets fixed. (For the record, I turn 40 in February 2017.)
My concerns stem from the "speed" with which ChampUp gets their projects done. Trundle, the Plague Troll, supposedly took forever until they scrapped them for the "Generic Ice Troll." Sion took nearly a year and the Poppy/Taric duo are taking just as long, if not longer. (Word has it that Poppy might not be released this calendar year.) There's also the possibility for Urgot to become a higher priority for the team, leaving Yorick in the lurch for his rework and another skin a year later (#2018TheDream). While I have been told that Yorick is, hands down, the champion the company feels needs the most attention, I don't think that urgency translates to the ChampUp and rework teams who seem to think differently...
So, I ask, is it realistic to expect Yorick's rework to be released in 2017 or 2018?
