THEY WANT AN ITEM WHICH GIVES 50Ap 50 armor 50 ressist + tenacity

Moonflair which just gives 50 AP + TENACITY IS COMPLETLY DIFFERENT ITEM

Tbh, I would love if this item was added on the rift. Like AD users already have item 3139, and item 3170 shouldn't be to much to add in.
