E was down and no summoners. Kiting him backwards didn't get me away and didn't life steal through his damage. The actual Tibbers cast completely missed me.
Even had he not killed me, my team would have still lost, because I was being zoned by a fucking pet owned by a dead champion who completely missed their entire kit.
Can we talk about how not okay this is?

If you are referring to the last game showing in your match history, you weren't killed by Annie once.
However she did end the game 12/8/7 at level 16 with about 500 AP
So Tibber's auto attacks were dealing about 175 magic damage per auto attack and 70 magic damage per second to nearby enemies as long as his Flame Aura is active.

She did have Blood Thirster so, at best add 350 health to that.
