Interesting nocturn buff

So in terms of buffing nocturn that riot spoke on months back i thought of a pretty good buff that could turn well for his soon to be lore changes which is when he ults he also gets rid of any sounds from the enemy team which would drive home that sense of helplessness and feeling of "he's cominggggggg" what do you guys think?
