plain and simple, black cleaver is what makes so many champions to powerful. Garen Darius illoai and others build this item and it gives them both good tankyness and damage. Plz just nerf this item a bit. Increase its cost or decrease the amount of health it gives and so many issues would be solved.

Well riot isn’t nerfing their base damage so this is what has to happen
Hexs Fortune1 votesIt's much better on Darius than Garen
rG Thundrag1 votesMost garen mains just stopped building cleaver for quite awhile now being replaced by
since its just a bad item when pen runes were removed also the item has no synergy with Garen's kit as to reach the enemy garen has to use q before using e so he has no damage to capitalize the armor shred from cleaver with once spin is over unless you want to wait for another 7 seconds.
Cleaver has also gotten worse just by mages being played more instead of adcs or just adcs doing magic
