Is Annie going to get toned down anytime soon?

The only weakness she has is that she is immobile, but honestly, that's an advantage for her since she needs to be in range to deal damage. Her stun is extremely oppressive in lane, level 1 trading with her is a nightmare, she will out damage you and out CC you no matter what. Level 6 and on ward is a nightmare as well, you are 100% dead in one rotation of her spells, and it's an AoE stun for later team fights, and she doesn't even need to be cautious in using it because it is on such a short cool down for such an impact of an ult.

Her CDs need tuning, and her base damages need a nerf, big nerf.

While I disagree I find it Hilarous that on Full CDR Annies tibbers is on a 44 second cooldown (45% cdr)

That is disgusting, an ult with literally no counter play having that short of a cool down is just, well insane.

Wrong. One of her biggest weaknesses is that she has short range. There are plenty of mid lane mages that (when played correctly) can poke her to death without Annie laying a finger on them. Play Syndra Xerath Lux Velkoz Morgana Leblanc and make her life hell. Others have means of living through her burst and dealing good damage in return. Karma Vladimir Swain Zilean .

How is immobility an advantage? It makes her prone to ganks and easier to land skillshots on. Can you imagine how much worse it would be if she had some sort of built-in mobility?

Pure hyperbole. Syndra, Leblanc, Morgana, and Zilean are her biggest counters.

Yes, she is a strong mid-laner. She has reliable cc and damage and is powerful in team fights. Tibbers can do a lot of work even on his own. But please stop acting as if she has no weaknesses and automatically beats any other midlane champ.

FINALLY SOMEONE MAKES A TOPIC ABOUT THIS

Her base damages AND scalings are absolutely ridiculous for pretty much being lock on abilities. Her farming is disgustingly easy as well since 99% of the time in lane you are using your Q to last hit. The trading she has pre-6 is usually always a loss since she can just stun you into her other abilities and proc thunderlords decree.

And now the fun part; level 6. When she hits 6 she literally creates an unparalleled amount of lane pressure. No gank needed, if you're a little bit chunked from her basic abilities you are going to die. R base damage is insane all is needed is RQW ignite (if she has it) and you're dead, so dumb.

I just want tibbers to be a thrown ability like a Maokai sapling, but make it so things like Yasuo does not delete it, but makes it so that tibbers cannot appear anywhere but in front of the wall/ Braum shield for that matter, making it usable, but making it so it isn't a stupid instant aoe stun.

And can we talk about tibbers being able to finish the job when annie has one of the hardest bursts in the game that is almost impossible to fight, and if you manage to survive and sqeak out a kill, tibbers punishes you...

hell removing her mana regain from last hitting with it would make it so she doesn't have amazing farming and mana...

I love how everyone's argument is that there's "heavy cc" champs like syndra or kennen to counter.

It doesn't change the fact that she can still be a monster in teamfights even if oppressed in lane. One well placed tibbers, which any annine with a couple of games on her will know when to drop, and that could be the turn that your team needed. It's the fact that all of her power is in her ulti and ever since the bear steroids tibbers has been taking you literally have to stop everything you're doing to deal with one bear from one champ while four others try to kill you.
