PSA: ADC you can't keep tanking dmg with soraka anymore

Soraka players already know, but many ADCs might still think they can tank dmg because Soraka will heal them anyway, but Soraka now has a 8 second cd on her W at level 1. So beware and don't waste hp thinking you're going to get it back in 2 sec anyway.

That sounds like quitter talk! Any time the ADC dies in lane is clearly the Soraka's fault! :P
