Im convinced Riot is done with Balance

From here on out, I'm pretty confident its just going to be an ever rotating what 10 Champions are going to be super OP and flashy game play for Pro play and everything else can wait its turn.

There isnt even a meta anymore, every game is just flavor of the month every single game.
