And single target champion ults. If anything, a family of active items (for ad, ap and hp, with a common cutlass-like active component) should be introduced to give everyone access to it.

Your title is very misleading because you are considering it to be a part of the body of your post.

"Grievous Wounds should be for Ignite only "

I would expect the rest of your post to explain to us why Grievous Wounds is unhealthy in any other form.

Instead, when I read the rest of your post, you begin listing other things that should be able to apply Grievous Wounds.

And ultimately, you didn't even explain your perspective.
