Stinger and Recurve Bow
Right now, we have two AS items that build from 2 daggers.
costs 1100 gold and has an on-hit effect.
costs 1250 gold and has +10% AS, +10% CDR.
Why are these two items separated?
Aside from "One builds into these items, and the other builds into these items," because it's not like the build paths are set in stone, for what reason are these two items on the exact same build path, but two separate items that build into separate sets of items?
The only reason I can conjure is that Wit's End, Runaan's, etc. do not have CDR attached, and Zephyr doesn't have an on-hit effect attached, but it still doesn't seem like a justifiable reason to have this weird itemization setup.
is an on-hit item, and so it would make sense for it to build from the game's baby on-hit component, and
has attack damage, which is essentially an upgrade from Recurve Bow's 10 on-hit physical damage. The only thing missing is an AD + CDR component, as ProfDrDeath mentioned, and I think having a 15 AD + 10% CDR item to replace
in Zephyr's recipe (along with other items in other recipes, such as
's or
's) would make it work a lot more smoothly.

) it just doesn't provide that much of a power spike for its price. Having Recurve Bow build into either an AP + CDR or an AD + CDR item would allow for a much better build path overall.
