they made the community beg for the 10 bans delaying them for god knows how and then they released them in a form that you dont even get to ban 4 extra champions in 70% of the games because of double bans.

Math behind this? Because just from current ban rates alone, it would be uncommon to see 4 duplicate bans, and rare to see five duplicate bans.

It's not 4 duplicate bans. It's one duplicate ban (less than 4 extra bans) in 70% of games , which I think will probably be a low estimate. I'm betting at least 90% of games will have 1-2 double bans.
