Another Ryze rework and he still scales off mana and has a 0 counterplay root on basic ability
When is the next Ryze rework after this one rito?

MunchCrunchLunch1 voteslol. the only to complains about ryze were. first he scales off mana. means that he comes to lane with a tear and a catalyst and you have a full item or something a level ahead and he 100-0s you in a cpl seconds
two. he has a point and click root
and guess what. both of these made it to the rework. thank you ritooooooooooooooooooooooooo
