sheen to also proc like krug buff?

Would be nice to have for characters who don't necessarily have low CDR spells to proc it. Like for . Or some champs like poppy might use all her spells at once and won't benefit from the 1.5 sec cool down. Irelia on the other hand can use her ult to proc sheen giving her quite the edge with it. Same for skarner q, Evelyn q, jax w etc all have sheen friendly kits.

So was thinking what if every 3 rd or 4th auto so long as its not earlier than 1.5 sec will proc sheen. If you have so much attack speed that you could somehow get your 3rd auto in before your sheen comes off cool down it will just trigger on your next auto.

So youd accumulate 3 stacks your next auto expends the stacks to proc sheen if its not already on cool down.

Could even work for l on champions like , who equip nashors tooth.

Or would be good on ...since he has really high base ad and since his e doesn't proc sheen and qw on high CDR this would work nicely on him with
