Rengar was already balanced. People just hate fighting against him and hate the required counterplay, which doesn't make for a fun experience.

Balance doesn't necessarily equal fun.

Currently he seems balanced to me, the only issue I found to be broken after his rework was the cc immunity which was thankfully removed.

but they go furtther, soon he will be bottom lowest armor which hurts vs ad and in jungle
