Any reason why riot wants faster games?

If you're like me, you like playing one game after another. Sometimes all day. If you're also like me, you like getting as much out of one game as possible like builds, testing runes and builds, and of course trying to get as many cs and kills as you can without dying(primary focus, no duh I know).

So when it comes to fast games, you start to feel helpless because there's no grace in being behind because being behind is now punishable by losing the game at 15 if people want to surrender early. or 22-25 minutes. The good games go to about 30 minutes and rarely 40 and 50 minutes. At that point it's a matter of which team makes the losing play.

So any reason at all for the quick games when players like myself like to get as much out of each game as possible? length and builds?

I heard a lot of it came from the fact China and Korean players often play in cafes where they have to pay per 30mins or 60mins or something so sometimes they wouldn't be able to finish a game before they're time expires and they would get kicked.

So riot is catering to a small minority of players? That figures.
