What in the unholy hell is Twitch in this patch?

Just played a game against a top lane Twitch as Quinn and for some reason, he's dealing way more damage in the early game than he should while not being as squishy as he actually is. He build pure damage, but remained unkillable against a Quinn, Elise and Khazix the entire game while having no defense whatsoever. Did Twitch get a MASSIVE buff recently that I didn't know about? Unless this Twitch was Challenger (and by his mechanics, he wasn't), that's the only way I can believe that he simply couldn't be killed once during the game while being able to 100-0 people in 4 seconds with no kills and 95 CS and nothing more than a Recurve Bow at 15 minutes.

Twitch's early game is out of control if this is the standard of play. On top of having the single best late game of any ADC in the league? Come on, what's going on?

Yeah, no. That's not the player. That's the champion being retardedly powerful and an AFK "right click to win" design. Period.

There is simply no explanation beyond that that is correct. I'm a mastery 5 Quinn player. I have a good understanding of her and I'm consistently a bully and win with her.

I didn't. I went in to kill him, he was 40% health. I'd been bullying him the whole time and at level 10, I engage and suddenly Twitch just turns into a hypercarry that is unkillable. I bursted him with everything and did only half of the damage to him this time while he 3 hit me with 0 kills, 20 CS down and I had 2 kills.

That's only possible with a broken champion who can't be killed past level 10. Either that or Quinn's 38% win rate is just going to keep dropping because morons keep bitching about how strong and annoying she is without having any basis, but Riot keeps nerfing her into the ground and makes her less playable than Warwick.

cause quinn is totally not a face rolling lane bully, you just got fucked. actually, the most recent thing to happen to twitch was a nerf to his ult, i think it went from 30 ad at rank 1 to 20 ad, anyways his ult functions like this

increase range
20 ad
becomes weaker when passing through enemies, 20% less dmg up to 40%, if he hits 2 targets before reaching you the then its doing 40% less damage
can crit (especially good since can now crit, so that gives him much more destructive potential during his ult IN TEAM FIGHTS)

taking it to the face without the coverage of minions is a bad thing, especially if he gets a few lucky crits. twitch has always been fairly strong, last i checked his win rate was at like 56% (now its 52% as of this patch).

I think his W>E early game trade is stupid considering it used to do almost nothing before

I'm gonna level with you.

Maybe, just maybe, you're the dysfunctional part of the equation.

Twitch hasn't changed. Neither did the items that the Twitch built.

About the only factor I can add in is that Twitch was packing Heal, which, at level 10, heals 225 HP. Which would give him ~20% max HP on top of whatever he had when you started the fight.
