Yeah, that's not a problem with ADCs, that's the fact that a carry champion is fed. That will happen with nearly every other carry in the game, AP or AD.
You were the jungler -- maybe you should have tried to do something before it got too far, or focused on getting another lane fed in the meantime.
Your stats that game are pretty bad: least amount of damage (your Lulu support dealt more than you), least amount of wards in the entire game, and not a single bit of defense built until the 19th minute, against a near full damage enemy comp. Here's something that would have helped: instead of swifties (why in the world would you build those), take Tabi.
Good Bronze level analysis of a game you weren't in.
My bottom lane was pushed to the enemy turret 100% of the time. I asked them to stop and they didn't, making the lane ungankable. The enemy jungle ganked bottom lane once, and I counter ganked, and we traded 1 for 1, but my bottom lane overstayed after and gave another kill.
Afterwards, I went top and ganked the enemy jungle who was holding. We killed him, but my top lane overstayed and then the enemy top tried to dive him as he got back. I stopped the dive and killed him, and then finally recalled.
After I recalled, I started going towards bottom lane, but the enemy jungle got there significantly earlier and ganked my bottom, because they were pushed to the enemy turret. Tristana got another double kill
I was ahead until Tristana picked up the final 2 kills and turret, at which point I can't actually make contact with her, and the enemy team grouped as 5 as soon as the turret went down, completely shutting me down. As a 4-1 Udyr, I cannot do anything about a 4-0 Tristana, because I cannot make contact with her.
There's no potential for outplay here specifically because she's an ADC. If it were an AP champion that fed, it wouldn't be an issue, because their kits generally have counterplay.
