Swain's Ult PBE does less damage then live now :/
He can Drain more but the R2 (explosion) does less.....
Few places Riot does not buff damage damage damage

cars3n3 votesHe is tankier, has more waveclear, more sustain, and can ult without fragments. Just at the cost of a bit of damage. I think that's okay.

The issue though as an old swain main (pre-rework) is that damage and mobility is just too high in the game now so he either has to be a burst mage are be useless. He still dies very fast so the extra health drain is kind of useless as he will just be blown up or kited
