Can we make Lee's Ult a skillshot?

Just reading some old posts about the balancing philosophy for balance and champion design. Keeping certain "Well-designed" champions viable is because of their clear counter-play and "never-ending" (oof) mastery path. This goal is typically accomplished with skill-shots and gimmicks. One of the biggest reasons Lee is not well designed is the point and click huge disruption. So it would only seem natural to make it into a skillshot with 30% more cast time, and 25-30% bigger hitbox.

I find Lee Sin strong the whole game. With just base damage, he does so much with a q+q+e, almost enough to kill any squishy, shortly after he auto's you with any hydra and kills you.

Which is why raising his skillcap would be phenomenal. (Cause rito doesn't wanna outright nerf him...)

A lot of people can say he gets weak late game. But he just still stays as strong lol. He can finish an adc off from 100-0 if his ult is up.

It allready is a skill shot though and most the damage has allready been nerfed making it's main value the disruption and the direction it can kick someone in.. a poorely alligned lee sin ult is worthless

Look, it's your marksman. Now he's over there, and dead. ???? Doesn't matter which direction

It is technically a skillshot for the AoE cc, but since it's a melee skill, the only way to it a complete skillshot would be to give it range :^)

Maybe putting more power into the AoE CC part and less into the melee skill would shake things up a little.

They kinda did when they nerfed the base damage and made the ult deal an extra % of target's hp to any enemies they collide with.

His R should cause his player's screen to darken and be a short range skill shot. This will help separate the good Lee sins from the greats.
