The new punishment system?

Just a quick question:

Arent we supposed to get a little update like "Hey the player you reported "X" was (punishment) for many reports including yours on breaking the rule: (rule), thank you for your continued effort to help improve leagues community!"

What happened to that idea? I wanna know wether or not people ive reported are getting punished ...
