Riot like to make problems because they like to test on live for some stupid reason

you mean pre-season? because that is what the pre-season is all about. Doing crazy changes that will affect the game a lot more than any other patch. Other than that every single other thing has been tested already

well they do test on non live 1st ...

im sure there is a very detailed testing process

but until you put it in the masses with all the countless endless variables that could happen that really can only be seen from live data over millions of games can they tell more accurately on where problems lies.

see the issue is they do something and test it and theory should be fine... then they released it and us apes pounding away at the keyboard might not use something the way it was intended and we exploit something in a item,champs kit etc that all of sudden its a issue.

for example the rework of maokai E when it 1st came live. he had a shit early game was getting stomped top n jungle so someone figured out hey if i exploit this on his E and throw 4 of them in a bush and have full magic pen as a support he can chunk people

it was an issue wasnt intended on how you should use or play him... so they have made changes to it with in a week of it being live and ever since that point slowly tweaking and fine tuning

so now he cant use this cheese strategy any more.... its no where near as effective as it one was

but lets take 139 champs all the items, runes , team comps and match ups variables how do you expect them to be able to have enough data with these variables in beta testing and so on? then you add in the infinite ways individuals all play with that its like trying to get to the end of 3.14 (PI)

so im sure some one could do the math and see how many possible different combinations in league there could be with runes, masteries, champs , team comps, match ups, items , skill order and so and its gonna be a very large #

so its nearly impossible to truly know exactly how everything is truly going to effect the game and the balance of everything in it. this is why balancing of the game is tricky

and well humans are doing it... humans are imperfect therefore we dont have perfect balance
