I agree cancers (
etc) are must be banned but 
is also cancerous. He is almost uncatchable/unkillable because of his movement speed and long ranged abilities but he's rarely banned despite his high win rate and insane pick rate.

sucks so much... MS buff you can access every 3 seconds whee. Not just on Jhin. MF and Draven have native MS boosts and I think it's 20% on the active MS. Throw a phantom dancer on that baby and we're off to the races!
Riot wanted to play with the domino stack of 'meta'. As much as people complained it was like a delicate ecosystem.
So what happens if you don't have a 'protect the adc' meta? Turns out, for adcs to remain viable in such a situation... they can get away with less protection. It's like one of those classic genie 'be careful what you wish for' myths.

Illabethe1 votesHer True damage is garbage. Go actually look at a Vayne game's damage stats before you talk. It's 95% physical, stemming from Q or E wall knocks. The True damage is tiny as hell and actually her worst skill slot, and only on every third attack. Vayne's Q can hit 1700-1800 crits without enchanter assistance.
If you try to bring 
into the equation, then yeah. The math changes a little, but so does it on EVERY adc, especially 
who just regularly outranges all but about 25 skills in the entire game. (You literally have to suicide dive her and get shredded in the process, or stall out with skills like 
's Q)

Those are the most over exaggerated numbers ever.
Vayne's Q doesn't do anywhere near that number.
Patch 7.19 removed the ability for the bonus damage on Tumble to critically strike.
Patch 8.11 removed Infinity Edge's Critical damage multiplier.
Practice tool with a full crit build at level 18 my Q empowered AA was doing about 450 damage.
Illabethe1 votesI'd have to dig around but the numbers are legit. In 7.22 I actually had Vayne hit some 2650 Q's because there was a Zoe on the team doubling the damage. When she didn't, Vayne was critting 1600-1700s.
And I'm well aware that Vayne's Q damage doesn't crit beyond the base attack damage. But..... atm Adcs are also running about 100 more AD than they used to in Season 7, and the scaling on her Q is extremely high.
I'll try to find you a game..... although right now Vayne is a rarity. Her normal Auto attacks are critting about 650 right now.

Plus if she has 6 stacks of Rageblade, she pops her passive in 2 AA's and destroys you

She's not really a danger until Q gets maxed. That's almost her entire kit's damage. Q.

Illabethe1 votesThe honest reason no one bans him is because players are just now discovering the Hail of Blades Jhin. Prior to the rune, he's been a really slow starting adc that generally doesn't hit off in the fast paced meta.
I suspect his ban rate will go up a lot as people start experiencing Hail of Blades Jhin more.
Hayaishi1 votesBecause he's vulnerable to alot of things, has a lot counterplay because all of his strong abilities (W and R) are skillshots and he has no dashes, yeah he is fast but he's still vulnerable to being dove.
Also he can be punished in lane. God knows MF and Draven are both ridiculous all game and their laning phases are absurd.

Yenn1 votesJhin is pretty fine, he's just annoying for melee to stick to. He loses to almost every other ADC unless he's ahead, and he has no defense against assassination.
You can play something like Tristana and literally just jump on him and kill him after he uses one or two shots.
