pretty sad really, such a pain in the ass to buy this item and usually you require your MP5, CDR, ITEMS THAT ARE CHEAPER AND LESS PAINFUL TO BUILD, Penetration, defensive items before even considering to buy the damn thing

Well, thats how its supposed to be. Deathcap doesnt give u anything except raw AP. It should always be last item to round up everything.
