Death timers and picks that end up costing games

Im trying to make it so a team doesnt lose from one errant player as much. Idea: if ony one ally dies death timer is 25% shorter. If two die total death timer is 15% shorter. If 3 die full duration death timer.
If they are 1/3 of the way through their death timer it is immune from increasing if a second team mate dies. A visual/sound might notify you of this.

At least this way teams might have enough time to just stall.

Imagine how bad it would feel to be looking at your death timer and watch it jump up a few seconds because another of your team members died.

I don't think this would be good for the game.

Death timers should be reduced at the breaking of the outer tower. That way a Yasuo can’t take two towers as easily at 20 minutes.
