Jhin The numbers are out boys. AT first the numbers don't look good, but if you look closely, it seems like if you play a lot of Jhin ADC and become master of the stage, you will quickly get a over 50% winrate and in the end will reach around 55%- which is near the same class as if you played Lucian or Ez the same amount. This is actually REALLY rewarding. Just get used to him and he will pay you back the effort. Statistically it looks like he has Graves or Draven class kill potential with decent survivability and able to make a hunk load of assists and pick offs. Not surprisingly, he works like a more safer Varus.

The cons? Well, you will naturally miss cs and Unfortunately, your powerspike time is the same as kog which erm...completely overclasses you at this patch.

Yea. That was my thought as well. He needs to get a bunch of crit so he can just put the jets on before he really does things.

Jhin is probably the most team player of all ADCs, before he gets 4 items he has to rely on his team to wear down enemies and score the kill since all of his kit damage comes from execution effects. In return he is an awesome peeler, he can lock the enemies' feet when a team mate is fighting in the river without leaving his lane and his ultimate helps securing kills. Assassins that jump on him have rather freedom of action but I learnt that if you set your traps well and sidestep right before using your W you can get at least a double KO.

I think he is one of the most healthy champions in the game right now.

I think its a massive tradeoff since he can postion himself like a midlaner and still be a adc. Most champs don't get that sort of freedom.
