is redundant because if the enemy ADC is on 35%, the mage will probably do the remainder of their health with the next spell, applying 100% heal reduction, cause they're fucking dead.
is garbage because you get the heal reduction, but the armor pen/damage is worthless against squishy ADCs.
healing for 300-400 per auto is just stupid, and there really isn't much you can do to stop it.
New Sightstone. VICIOUS SIGHTSTONE -Places Vicious Wards. Enemies within visual range of Vicious Wards have grevious wounds applied until they leave the area of effect.
That way when I'm face rolling my keyboard during a team fight and plop a ward down, I can claim it was intentional.
ADCs don't have that much of a problem against other ADCs since they both 3 shot eachother and there's no real time for that liftsteal to build up. It's tanky healing champions like 
that you only need it against. Again, Morello's you don't even have to buy if all you're getting it for is grevious wounds against ADCs since they're gonna get bursted by you as a mage. Only get it vs people you can't straight up burst down before they have the 2 seconds to liftsteal
