Cant use remake

5 games in just 2 days had afkers. They connected but just sat in the fountain. At no point could we use remake and after the first 2 games in a row of afks I grouped with a buddy so he could suffer with me. After a few minutes of having a blast laning their top lane got huge from perfect cs and their jungler camping mid we threw a ff15 and it was immediatly declined. So we sat in fountain. It was a 45 minute game and they never wanted to ff.

So why couldnt we remake? It shouldn't be if you don't connect, it should just be if you don't leave fountain for 3 minutes remake is available. They just join the game, decide they don't want to play and just sit in fountain either buying a pot and reselling it or flashing every couple minutes. Because "not afk can't get banned" I've had 4 instant feedback reports and still I keep getting afks and can't use the remake. Half my losses recently are due to either an int troll or afks.

All I'm saying is. Remove remake and remove surrendering, It never works anyways...
