Can we get the option to refuse Kalista's soulbinding?

I don't always wanna get grabbed, thrown around, and generally be punted at the whim of my ADC. Sometimes, I wanna do my own thing. Didn't the spotlight say that the champion could CHOOSE whether or not to pledge their soul or whatever to Kalista? Riot pls let the soulbinding be an opt-in sort of thing. I don't know how the UI would work, maybe you click on Kalista while she's channeling towards you? At any rate, please let us control what we want to happen.
