her ult is usually always blocked, there should be an increase of damage if it hits the person not indented to, to make them pay for blocking it

Just dont use it when it could be blocked. Also you wont get a kill every time you ult. I just have to complaint that playing Caitlyn does not feel like a sniper at all. Jhin Does. (Thats out of place anyway).

And it is a bit weak in early game.
