There's a bug where he can get all of his abilities permanently empowered and with no CD.

I'm not kidding.

It has something to do with his Empowered Q being queued when he Leaps, and getting CC'd mid-Leap, I think. They're working on a fix.

if I had to guess champions with a 'jump' like that are probably more prone to that aatrox bug etc.
