Ok, lets see, his Crushing Blow did 615 damage to you. Lets assume he maxed it, that means a base dmg of 264. He gets 305 AD from Items, which gives 31 estra damage to his crushing blow. That means one Crushing Blow can deal 336 dmg.

Since you took 600+ dmg, that means you have be hit with at least 2, which in conclusion means, including CDR, the fight was at least 4 seconds, unless you somehow had enough negative armor to take DOUBLE physical dmg.
