Can you just flat out scrap his passive?

It feels useless most of the time, and toxic the rest of the time.

If he really needs a stealth, you can make his Move Quick Passive into his new innate passive, and then give the active a small stealth portion. (And for the love of all that is Satan, please change the name of it!)

No man, if you ask me it fits his identity perfectly. He is one with the jungle. A small yordle like him can be easily overlooked. He will roll through scuttle poo to hide his scent and lay in a pile of dead minions and brush to set up the perfect ambush.

Teemos passive helps the little guy get off his burst without getting bursted himself
