I do think that would be fun and all but I see no problem with it as it is, it would help however if you gave some ideas, that gets more attention from Roit.

Not all supports benefit equally from the HP it gives. Leona, Thresh, and Braum are ok with it since it helps them become more tanky. Nami, Sona, Zyra, and other squishy supports not so much since 150 hp is not a lot, especially if you are caught out and have no defenses to bolster that HP. Soraka is even hurt by it since she pays more for her heals.

Although a good start in general would be to add ward recharging while roaming like Yellow trinket does (such as you get a ward charge every 90 seconds)
