If you're going to nerf Vayne, please nerf Fizz as well

I'm not sure what's worse. The old AP bursty Fizz, or the new bruiser on hit Fizz. And similar to Vayne, his %health is extremely broken with Sated devourer and BOTRK. At least Vayne can't run away from you when you catch her out. But Fizz has his %health damage and a get out of jail free card. Oh, excuse me. He actually has two get out of jail free cards thanks to his passive. So don't expect the minions to help you when he decides to tower dive.
