After seeing malzahar i had an idea for teemo
So i laned against malzahar (top) and he was pretty strong. I was teemo :D
He had more lane control whilst i got more kills in the lane. However i had an idea for teemo through malzahar's E.
His E basically is DOT that refreshes upon damage taken by his voidlings (W) and his Q. So basically endless curse and voidlings (that also multiply).
After the vision changes every idiot knows teemo is suffering because of his mushrooms being countered so easily. I have an suggestion which could make his mushrooms more useful.
Suggestion What if you scaled some of the damage of mushroom to AD (would need to take away some AP scaling). Now in exchange allow teemo's AA with toxic shot (E) to refresh the mushroom DOT duration. Just like how malzahar works with his E being reset by his W and Q. Would need to nerf some base mushroom damage as well for this to work.
It will basically allow teemo to think more about his positioning of the mushroom and stealth and wait for enemy to step on them. This way he can build on-hit build and people won't have to moan him building full AP and killing a squishy with 2-3 mushrooms. He would need preparation time for this unlike malzahar who's voidlings do the job and also this way teemo can build some tank items and might even be useful as a bruiser.
If you pay close attention to what my objective is. You would know that i am taking away damage from his mushrooms and shifting it to his AA's combined with mushroom. His laning phase will not be more harsher since he will need to wait till level 6 and then the time to stack mushrooms. He would need to decide if he want's to spread them on lane to effectively 1v1 or spread them to jungle to prevent himself from ganks. All in all it would allow him to itemize so much better since on-hit teemo has potential i believe since AS works great on teemo. This is by no means a major change and will not even take long for riot to implement as all they have to do is change how his damage scales/works instead of adding another cinematic i.e. a dash etc. What do you guys think?
