Riot you need to do something about karma top,R-W heals for way too much and she is one of the safest picks,if you pick a melee champion top against her you might as well dodge,i cannot ban her because of the low playrate she has.Support karmas almost never use R-W so i dont believe a nerf would affect support karma in any way.

It escapes me why Riot didn't do anything to fix this. And it would be so easy:
Changed Karma's mantra W heal from
20% (+1%/100 AP) missing healthto 30/60/120/180 (+1/20AP) increased by 3% for every 1% hp Karma is missing.
Et voilá: Useful on mid&top Karma, not broken on tank Karma. Bonus points for allowing Karma to heal her ally with this instead.

jocomotion1 votesAs a karma main I somewhat agree. Karma in just about every role needs more of a reason to mantra her other abilities rather than stick to just one mantra'd ability 90% of the time (RW for tank, RQ for mage, RE for support). Perhaps making the scaling on karma's RW work differently is the solution for the RW.
