Illoai Attacks are too slow

So this is a thing with her.
Her attacks activate too slow. I have multiple times been down to each of us needing one hit to kill the other. I hit W to leap on to my target and while Im in the air they just turn and auto and kill me. Iv even seen Illaoi land on the target and her the THUD but her damage activates AFTER this and so they get their hit in before she does.

Illaoi cant not win vs instant activate champs of equal player skill.

Q is faster W is faster ANYTHING is faster everything but the last of her Q is instant everything is instant 's W comes down and does damage faster then any of Illaoi's attacks.

Everything thinks Illaoi is OP as all getout but she is not. ONLY in ONE very nitch place can she shin. Team fight 4+ ult and not one stuns/Silence/knockups her

I love her Kit but she just will not be-able to compete with anything that is winning the meta right now.

This is why she has a HORRIBLE win rate.
