I actually like how most top tier meta ADCs are abusing on-hit builds

I prefer being able to know exactly how much damage they can deal under every circumstance. You just don't get that when ADCs build RNG.

Ofcourse they are overtuned even more with these builds (Rageblade OP), but gameplay-health-wise I prefer on-hit builds.
