Is MF's Q a little bit too strong?

I honestly wish I had a video to show it, but from level 1 as Kog'Maw a single Q put me down to half hp. No outside damage from the support or anything, but it was kind of just unbelievable that her level 1 ability could hit that high with just a Doran's Blade. Though maybe Kog's base hp is just complete shit and others could tank it more.

She's too strong but theres a lot of conditions that you have to let her fulfull in order for this to happen.

You have to stand behind a minion

That minion needs to be almost dead

It needs to pass the RNG check of bouncing to you instead of another minion

MF's Q is strong, especially when they have a support with a skillshot like Blitzcrank Thresh Morgana because they pressure you to stand behind your minions. Of course, you can stand behind two minions, but the lane pressure is still powerful since MF can also push fairly well.

MF's Q is strong in lane because it disappears outside of lane. It does a ton of damage if used properly in lane in exchange for the fact that it stops existing after lane phase ends. Don't stand behind minions below half health, the ability does 150% damage if it bounces off of a unit that it kills. Standing between your minions is a way to avoid it. That also forces her to push the lane if she hits you with Make It Rain, leaving her vulnerable to ganks.
