Where can i find decent premades? @any Rioter cmon.

This season is a damn shitfest when you play solo. Thats literly no fun. I have been trying to climb in the last few days and i get those type of teams that start a "sneaky baron" with an open inhib and the scuddle crab achieved by the enemy team in minute 30 and die because of such calls. It is so antifun playing ranked solo. How can i get those people on my boat? Im just frustrated of playing slice and dice each game. If i get forced to play with premades to win % more games then solo. Where do i get those?
