If it's a bug, fix it. If it's intended, remove it. Swain had his double proc on E removed and that ability actually hits twice - Garen's is literally one empowered auto.
This isn't even an "it's overpowered" argument - it's a "this is inconsistent and toxic game design" argument.
can not confirm two stacks on phase rush from garen q in a test game.
phase rush does not show the number of stacks on the buff indicator. that should be fixed first.
but i tried to trigger phase rush just win an auto attack and decisive strike combo.
first without items. then with sheen. then with trinity force. then with 100 stacks on dead mans plate (sometimes the items has interactions).
in no case did phase rush trigger. then i tried auto attack and decisive strike and another auto attack and phase rush triggered like normal.
Garen Q does NOT count as two PR stacks (wish that it did). Bami's counts as a stack for anybody who carries it.
Bami's has always counted as a stack. PR Garen usually goes for early Bami's. There are a few other "tricks" to get PR to proc faster.
Because anyone who defends garen or nasus balance is absolute filth
valid concern but wrong section. i will test it if it happens on practise dolls but a replay would help too.
It was Bami's Cinder. For some reason, Immolate is counting as one.
if it happened then what items did he build? maybe one of them is responsible for the extra stack.
Well, it was also the fact that Garen's q proc'd as an on hit auto attack.
