Lets be honest, Lulu has been nerfed so much since Season 3. The point she's at now is perfectly fine.

Darius is balanced around low elo Lulu is balanced around high elo

It's not just LCS, more like high elo plat+ games as well. She has a high pickrate and good winrate there, if that explains something...

On a side note I'd love to see Lulu nerfed again so people can quit maxing E, pretend to be Janna, and bitch and whine as they don't even know how the champion works.

Nobody wanted to ever play against a solo lane Lulu. Any nerfs she received before were justified.
