Azir gets played. We don't need Azir's skill floor lowered to the point where every Silver can play him effectively. He's a good example of a difficult to play champion that actually rewards players for learning him.

The last "buff" on his movement with the soldier basically did that. Now everyone can insec with him. It's very easy.

Same story as malzas players ,only real mains played them ,but when they do , they destroy people.
