Why Kog'Maw's winrate dropped so much?

He dropped from 54% winrate to 47% winrate according to champion.gg.

I thougth the last nerf to his W wouldn't affect him too much, but peharps I am understimating that nerf. Either that, or there is a bug on Kog'Maw that is further decreasing his winrate.
