How to buff Darius without making him op again

Fix his bleed to do the FULL damage all the time and make it not do a double tick at the end(it will still do 5 ticks currently, haven't seen it do 6)

I all in a laner top lane and he has 5 stacks on him but he only takes damage from 4 ticks.

Do you know how frustrating that is? You're missing out on a ton of damage early(30ish level 1) and for a lane bully you never want to miss it.

Fix his bleed, it would be a great QOL buff for him.
