Gains one stat from having another An AoE high damage slow that is fast moving. Reducing of damage and healing off of that damage Does damage to enemies and gives your team more of a stat High damage AoE (with CC) that is incredibly easy to land.

See, any champion can be made to sound OP just by listing positives. So stop all your circle jerking about how OP Zed or whoever is right now. Look at the negatives, and the fact that they can be beat in X way, rather than they being you in Y or Z way.
