Fizz is total shit now

I remember old fizz versus old akali matchup, if she would Q you and you dodge it with your E you would take half of her HP with E+aa Now if you dodge her Q and E she takes no dmg and just Qs you again. Also Talon's rake, even if you dodge it still comes back to him and hits you... and talon has better wave clear than fizz, more damage, better roaming potentinal, easier to delete carries while in stealth while fizz relies to hit his ult Zed, same thing like talon... better wave clear, safe, more damage
