It's her compensation for item 3147 . The post where they initially mentioned context when putting it on PBE said that MF, out of all duskblade users, seemed to be the most viable with other builds, so her compensation wasn't going to be as large to prevent her crit build from going over the top with the changes. (why else would she be grouped under 'Duskblade Champions' after all)

she isn't even supposed to build this item, yet she gets a compensation buff for it. No favoritism towards marksmen at all...

She's the only marksman who has never preferred a crit build to a Lethality one since she began building it, though. She's the lane bully snowballer marksman who prefers to be an ult machine than a basic attacker, and even then she got the least buffed out of all the duskblade users (like Kha'Zix's massive buff to his isolation damage on Q). So no, there is no favoritism towards marksmen here.

K. Lethality MF with Q was quite successful for a time and was one of her best builds down bot.

I guess you must think Quinn shouldn't build it either and therefore should not get buffs for the DB nerf?

MF Never stopped. It's still among her most common builds, because lethality MF's ultimate does near double the damage of a crit MF ult, and her Q poke with it still chunks. Crit gives her a better DPS when her ult is down, but that's giving her a different overall playstyle.

I mean it was literally in the original post about it that it was a buff due to the duskblade nerf. the only other person in the list even in the marksman class was Quinn.
