really not that bad as far as matchmaking goes, at all.

Looks about balanced to me.

While potentially a little off balanced, the rank differences can more than easily be made up in champion knowledge, and team comp.

That isn't too out of whack. It's caused by dynamic queue mixed with new champ select though. They had to loosen restrictions just to get matches going.

Isn't the poppy premade with someone?

Also, to me, it does look balanced. One of my previous games (normal draft), I had to play against 3x Diamond 5s + lower ranks. As 3x Gold 5s and lower ranks, all solo.

if anything is unbalanced its the silver 3 with the monster win rate
